How many people still do obstacle course training?

Thought of the morning! I was up this morning thinking of reopening the gym. Who would come back, or know people that would come? I am thinking of bringing in MMA and/or Boxing as well?

We would offer classes, open gym, afterschool care, birthday parties, and more!

Coaching is what I live for. I retire from the Air Force in July and I am thinking of opening the gym again. What do you think?

I had a Friendly Reminder from a mother of a son I coached about how important I was when I got to coach him back when I owned the it was a good reminder why I coach. It's one of my passions, I believe it's one of the gifts God has given me.

I've been added to an accountability group. So my morning routine includes coffee, snack to kick start the metabolism, bible reading, zoom meeting along with some worship. I find this helps you my spiritual readiness, mental well being and keeping my stress down (not to say I don't have any, 😂 4 kids up running around can test my patience for sure. Make a schedule and keeping to it can go a long way. Thanks for my beautiful wife for handling the kids while I'm on the meeting and thanks to and the other men on the call for helping to keep me accountable.

Throwback to 2018, when I had no place to train for American Ninja Warrior so I built my own. Also peep the back of the shirt; Philippians 4:13 "I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me". Moral of the story...you can't always wait for things to come to you, sometimes you have to take a step out in Faith.

At first I thought not having a place to train was a set back; however the Lord uses all things for good. This gave me insight and knowledge to building obstacle courses, which Ultimately Led to the opening of the FROG Ninja Academy.

If something seems like a set back; it may just be a setup. Have Faith and know that the Lord will align things for you and your situation.
