This is a shot out to one of our amazing members Marcia!!! It’s a true representation of what REFUEL Bootcamp can help you achieve. There is NO EXCUSE. In her own words:

This pic was from 2020 … around my heaviest weight of 267. I had three necks and cankles (calf ankles), not ankles. And sitting next to me is the reason I get up everyday and do everything I do. At 51 years old, I am now probably in the best shape I have been in over 25 years. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely progress. Thank you and Refuel for helping me get to where I wanna be. Still room for growth, but everyday is better, and achievable, with the Refuel family on my side. Love you guys to the moon and back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
