Wonderfully Made Personal Training is based on one of my favorite verses from The Bible, "I will praise thee; for I am FEARFULLY and WONDERFULLY MADE, marvelous are thy works, and that my soul knoweth right well." It is so important to take care of yourself so you can live up to your potential. I can train women of all ages and fitness levels. I do not use equipment, just free weights, bands, ball

s, mats, and your own body weight. Non intimidating, laid back, and very private. I offer 1 on 1, buddy, and group training, along with boot camps and classes upon requests and sign ups. I am certified in Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Essence Of Body Weight Training, and also hold the title of Elite Trainer through ISSA. I would love to help you reach all your health and fitness needs and goals!
