On April 6th, member, Patrick Craig will be participating in a charity powerlifting event for Hopekids, where 97%of the proceeds go to help families of children with life threatening diseases such as cancer. Patrick has a goal of raising $5,000 for this wonderful charity.

We would like to introduce our newest addition to the personal training team at Absolute Fitness, Karsey!

My name is Karsey Conohan and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist. My husband, Jon, and I have 3 children and have been loyal members of Absolute Fitness since 2021. I'm a Cookeville native and owner of Her-Power Fitness. Women's health and fitness is where my heart truly lies. I am qualified to help women in all life stages: adolescents, adult, pregnancy and postpartum, and peri/post menopause. As a CPT, my goals are to encourage clients to make both their mental and physical health a priority, teach proper exercise techniques, provide nutrition guidance, and help boost self-esteem.
I'm incredibly excited to add my knowledge and skillset to the Absolute Fitness team!
