Please note that our 5:30 A.M. Fitness Classes on Wednesdays and Fridays have been discontinued.
✅ All evening fitness classes will remain the same and continue as scheduled.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we make adjustments to our schedule. We look forward to seeing you in class!
