If you’re trying to conceive, especially in your mid-30s and beyond, you’ve probably discovered there’s a lot of advice out there—but not a lot of support.
Breathing Beginnings was created to bridge that gap.
This weekly class combines fertility-supportive yoga, nervous system regulation, breathwork, education, and community to help you prepare your body and mind for conception.
Together we’ll focus on:
