Tae Kwon Do Instruction Mr. Osorio has been practicing Tae Kwon Do for over 22 years in the Columbus, GA area with over 15 years of teaching experience.

He learned his art from the only true Tae Kwon Do Grandmaster in the area, Grandmaster Vanger LaGrand. Grandmaster LaGrand trained and taught here in the Columbus area for over 45 years under Grandmaster Young Sil Seo and Grandmaster Young Seon Seo. Osorio is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in the Unified Tae Kwon Do Association and is an internationally recognized Kukkiwon ranked black belt. Osorio has

lived in the Columbus, GA area since 1984. Considering Columbus his home, he loves the town and the people in it. He believes that the best way to get to where you want to be is through hard work and repetition. He believes that the more you do something, the better you get at it and that is what reflects in his training and teaching. It all begins with the first step and it will ALWAYS be worth it. We are very excited to be hosting the GAMAF at the Dalton Convention Center. Mark your calendar! We will have more information out soon, so be on the look out.

We will be having promotional testing on May the 6th at 12:00 pm. Please come about a half and hour early to practice and stretch. Remember to have a good breakfast for good energy. Also please try to get the testing sheets in by end of class on Thursday the 4th of may so I can get you on the testing sheet. See you then.

We will be having promotional testing on Is Saturday April 30th at 12 PM in room 1. Please see Mr. Osorio For a testing sheet. Have the sheet completed and turned back in with your payment. I look forward to seeing you all there. Remember to rest the night before and eat a good breakfast for energy.
