F3 Columbus F3 — Our mission is: "To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership." Middle School in Charlotte.

F3 Columbus (Ohio) launched on March 18, 2017. F3 — our three Fs stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — traces its roots to a free, participant-led boot camp workout held on Saturday mornings at a Charlotte, North Carolina park since 2006. The leaders of F3 launched their first Saturday workout on January 1, 2011 on the campus of A.G. F3 Columbus (Ohio) launched on March 18, 2017 with its first

workout at Antrim Park (aka “The Theater”). All F3 workouts…
- Are free of charge
- Are open to all men
- Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
- Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
- End with a Circle of Trust

⚔️ WARRIOR TRAINING TOMORROW ⚔️

We’re breaking out the maces.

Well… sort of.

This workout is built around mace-style training — controlled swings, rotations, core work, shoulder strength, grip, legs, and full-body movement inspired by the type of strength warriors had to build to handle heavy weapons.

But in true F3 fashion, we’re doing it with sledgehammers. 🔨

No, we’re not smashing anything.
No, we’re not swinging them at each other. 😂

Everything will be controlled, intentional, and designed to challenge your entire body.

If you’ve been looking for something different, something that feels a little more primal, and a reason to get up early and train with a group of men — come out and give this one a shot.

Bring a mace if you have one.
Bring a sledgehammer if you have one.
Bring yourself either way.

Come train like a warrior. 💪⚔️🔨
