Happy 20th Anniversary to CHFitness! 🎉

Can you believe it's been 20 years? Wow!

First, I want to thank my family for the endless love, encouragement, and support you've given me throughout this journey. I truly couldn't have done it without you.

CHFitness has certainly had its share of growing pains over the years, but if we can survive a pandemic, I truly believe we can get through just about anything.

To every member, client, trainer, instructor, and friend who has walked through our doors—thank you. Whether you're still with us today or your path has taken you elsewhere, thank you for being part of our story. Every workout, every class, every conversation, and every bit of support has helped shape CHFitness into what it is today.

I'm incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing community. Here's to the friendships we've built, the lives we've changed, and many more years of helping people become stronger, healthier, and happier.
