Good stuff

Throwing softer does not mean your elbow is under less stress.

When perceived effort drops, the load on the elbow stays almost the same.

What changes is how the body organizes the throw.

Timing shifts.
Trunk contribution decreases.
The arm takes on more of the burden.
This is why “just back it down” doesn’t work.

Return to throw needs to be guided by measurable output, not how something feels in the moment.

Velocity bands give clarity.
They give repeatability.
They build confidence one throw at a time.
