Warm-Up:

▫️ Slider Plank Shoulder Taps: 3 x 20
▫️ Slider Plank Spider-Man: 3 x 10
▫️ Bear Hold Slider Pull Through: 3 x 10
▫️ Lateral Slide to Knee Raise: 3 x 10 each side
▫️ Slider Single Leg RDL: 3 x 10 each side
▫️ Side Squat to Reverse Lunge: 3 x 10 each side
▫️ Pike Tuck or Knee Tuck: 3 x 10 each side
▫️ Slider Push-Up with Alt. Knee Tuck: 3 x 10

GRACE IN MOTION | Episode 10

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is keep moving forward when you feel weak.

We took our workout outdoors to beautiful Lettuce Lake Park for an upper-body slider workout focused on the arms, chest, back, and shoulders. Every glide, reach, and push challenged our stability, control, and endurance—reminding us that strength is often built in the moments when we feel the most tested.

Verse of the Day:
“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9

When your muscles start to shake and the workout gets tough, it’s easy to focus on what you lack. But God reminds us that our weakness is not a setback—it’s an opportunity for His strength to shine through. His grace carries us when our own strength runs out.

Resisting to Grow Stronger 💪

Right in the heart of Tampa, we turned resistance bands into an upper body burner! This arms & shoulders workout will challenge your strength, endurance, and mindset — reminding us that resistance isn’t always there to stop us… sometimes it’s there to make us stronger.

WARMUP
Band Pull Aparts — 1 x :60

WORKOUT
Banded Shoulder Press — 3 x 10
Banded Front Raise — 3 x 10
Banded Lateral Raise — 3 x 10
Banded Bicep Curls — 3 x 10
Banded Tricep Extension — 3 x 10
Banded Alternating Hammer Curls — 3 x 10 each side
Banded Upright Row — 3 x 10
Banded Punch Press — 3 x 10 each side

COOL DOWN
Deep breath in reaching overhead and exhale. Be sure to stretch your shoulders and roll your arms out.

And trust me… your arms are going to FEEL this one.
