It's a new month!

We have officially been offering HRYOX train ups, and we've also added a 7:30 AM PUSH class M,W,F to accommodate our growing gym community

We have some fun events up on the board including Stretch & Sculpt, a High Fitness Epic Class, and a special Pop up class (more details to come)

Today we honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country, our families, and our freedom.

Thank you to all who were able to come and participate in the MURPH, remembering Michael Murphy and the way he laid his life down for Americans.
