1️⃣The iStroll community was created by Moms for parents. This means that we understand the challenges you face and can provide solutions that work specifically for you.
2️⃣Our certified trainers are available to help you meet your fitness goals - we’ve got you covered!
3️⃣We know that time is precious, so our workouts are short but effective- perfect for busy parents on the go!
4️⃣Our community is incredibly supportive - members cheer each other on and offer encouragement every step of the way.

Q: What do the kids do during class?⁠ ⁠ Some can stay in the stroller and snack or play with toys, some like to sit on a mat or blanket next to Mom or Dad and have a little more space. Some kids even enjoy working out WITH you!⁠ ⁠ All of these options work for us! We want your little ones to participate if they want, and if they don't want to, that's okay, too. They are still seeing you make fitness a priority. They are watching you work hard and feel better.⁠ They are enjoying the more happy, calm, relaxed parent that leaves iStroll.⁠ ⁠ They will benefit from seeing that fitness and exercise is fun versus something that they need to dread.⁠ ⁠ That's what we all want for our kids and for ourselves.
