Nothing like Pilates & Prosecco on a sunny day! ☀️🥂

We had so much fun hosting today’s class at The Lounge and loved spending the morning moving together. After class, we got to relax and enjoy mimosas on the deck while soaking up the beautiful weather!

We love partnering with local businesses for events like these—especially when they’re in such a gorgeous space. Thank you to The Lounge for having us, and thank you to everyone who joined us! 💕

🌿This week we had students from Kistler Elementary Wilkes-Barre Area SD autistic support classroom visit the studio for a field trip, and it was such a special experience 🤍

Movement is so important for every body, and we loved welcoming these students to Pilates on Grove to move, explore, and spend time outside of the classroom in a positive environment.
A huge thank you to their teacher, Amanda, for making this happen — we’re so grateful we got to share the studio with such an amazing group! ✨

Yesterday Ashley held a scoliosis workshop for our instructors, providing valuable insight on how to best cue & tailor exercises for our clients with scoliosis.

Ashley is a Physical Therapist certified in the Schroth Method and trained in Scolio-Pilates. Her knowledge & expertise brought so much value to our instructors.✨

Spent a beautiful Sunday at Chippy Chapel for our Pilates & Prosecco event 🤍
