Introducing.. Evan, our astrologer! ✨️ Evan's offerings are by appointment only, and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance in order to give Evan enough time to collect and analyze your information & birth chart.

The first of two appointments offered is a "Natal Birthchart Reading" - which will give you an deep understanding of who you are at your core - your personality, strengths, challenges, and life purpose, all with just your exact time and location of birth.

As an additional optional appointment, Evan will also be offering a "Timing Strategies - Yearly Forecast" check up. This is where you can dive deeper within the themes, opportunities, and transitions unfolding within your next year ahead.

Booking can be made through the Momence App. Evan will be offering appointments midday Wednesdays and Saturdays, starting Wednesday, May 6th. $75/session, appointments lasting about one hour, held in The Flow Space.

I began practicing yoga in 2012. My first hot yoga class was both a challenge and calling: it met me deeply and I kept returning, again and again, without fully knowing why.

Fourteen years later, my teaching is rooted in nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and the quiet cultivation of strong mental and physical alignment through breath, movement, and presence.

I currently teach at the University of Scranton and Endless Mountain Hot Yoga, where I have spent over six years guiding students through practices that balance effort with understanding, strength with softness, and discipline with compassion. Early on my path, I created a goat yoga business, a seed that planted a belief that movement can be both playful and powerful.

My practice is an invitation inward, where the self can be met fully and without condition.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or a lifelong practitioner, my classes are designed with you at the heart of them.

✨️ New instructor & class offering!! ✨️ Welcome to The Flow Space, Nella! I am so excited and grateful to announce that Nella will be offering an immersive sound bath experience - Temple of Sound & Spirit - starting Sunday April 26th at 4:30pm, and then running every other week from there! ☺️

- Nella Pepsin is a Vinyasa 200hr RYT. Her practice began a decade ago to increase flexibility and quickly developed into a whole yogic and spiritual lifestyle. Over the years she’s studied a multitude of healing modalities - sound healing, reiki, psychic tarot readings, and subconscious reprogramming through meditation. She created her brand Magnetic Essence to share her light and create supportive spaces for clients to process and release what no longer serves them. Her favorite yoga classes to teach include advanced balancing poses and traditional yogic philosophical texts.

- Step into a sacred space where sound becomes the gateway to deeper understanding and connection. This is an immersive experience that blends traditional teachings and philosophies with intentional sound healing. We will begin each session with gentle movement, grounding exercises, and spiritual teachings. Once we’ve prepared the mind and body, we’ll settle into our sound healing using crystal bowls to transcend into the energy body. This is a ritual to ground, learn, and reconnect.

- All levels welcome, no experience required. Invitation to bring your journal, pillows/blankets, and dress comfortably.
