Yooo what up everyone !!! Testimonial time!! Amy Hubbard came to LFG one year ago and from day one has been nothing short of amazing. With her hard work, consistency, determination, and guidance from LFG she has accomplished so much! As of today she is down 100lbs and her journey is not over ! 🚨LFG Run Club Starts SATURDAY 6/21 & Registration is NOW AVAILABLE!!!!! 🚨

Not every run needs to be fast or focused on a goal. In fact, did you know that 70–80% of your weekly mileage should be done at a conversational pace? That’s exactly what LFG Run Club is all about.

We’re not just a run club — we’re a community. A collective of like-minded people coming together to move, connect, and build healthy habits. Whether you’re training for a race or just trying to stay consistent, LFG Run Club welcomes all levels. No pressure. No one left behind.

Sure, you might pick up a tip or two from our RRCA-certified run coach, but this isn’t about structured training plans or hitting splits — it’s about showing up, running together, and having fun while doing it.

Because let’s be honest — running solo can get… lonely. But together? It’s energizing, motivating, and actually enjoyable. Every mile feels lighter when you’re surrounded by good vibes and great company. And let’s not forget — there’s also safety in numbers. Running with a group means more eyes on the road, more visibility, and someone always looking out for you.

Some snapshots from the Murph Challenge today!!! So incredibly proud of everyone who participated. We had the best time and some huge goals were accomplished today. It’s amazing what we can do when we support each other!! Best of all we had a purpose…. a tribute to every brave soul who gave their life for our freedom. With nearly 50 participants that joined us, LFG donated $5 for every participant to the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation! Thank you all for helping us to make a difference! 💪🏼🇺🇸
