State Park Seniors Booras defends our Railcats Woodbat Tourney title!!! Back to back Champs! This game was so good that the boys decided to treat us to extra innings! Lucas Laciak tossed an absolute gem going 8 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 0 BB, and 4 Ks…..on only 73 pitches! Needless to say he had some STELLAR team defense to back him up! Tied up going into the bottom of 8, Lucas Laciak steps up and smacks a hard hit ball to the left side, scoring Braydon Gonsiorowski to end the game!! Hobart had some great pitching of their own holding us to 3 hits (Weston Booras with 2 and Laciak with 1) but our boys took advantage of some opportunities and came out on top! I also want to point out that both of our teams were filled with 7th and 8th graders and they both competed with high school kids! The future is bright with these groups! WE ARE STATE PARK!

State Park Booras finishes as the #3 seed and will play in bracket play tomorrow(Sunday 7/26)! Come on out to US Steelyard and watch them defend our title! LETS GO STATE PARK!!!!

State Park has 2 teams entered in the Senior Wood Bat Tourney being played at Railcats Stadium! Tonight SP Team Booras plays at 5:30pm and tomorrow night SP Team Ferguson plays at 5:30pm! Come on out to Railcats Stadium and watch some State Park kids playing on a professional field!! LETS GO STATE PARK!!

Our Juniors All Star team ended up with a 3rd place finish in the State Tourney! These boys fought until the last out but ultimately came up short in a high scoring exciting semi-finals game. We are proud of all these boys and the effort they put in to make it this far! Thank you to all these boys families for showing up to support them in their run for a State Championship! We are proud of all the players and coaches for how they represented State Park!

STATE TOURNEY UPDATE! Our SP Juniors All Stars got a huge win in their first game at the State Tournament! They defeated the Middlebury All Stars 9-6! Logan Jensen tossed a complete game and Liam Ferguson (3-3, 1 RBI) and Austin Walters (1-3, 2 RBI) fueled the offense! They have the day off tomorrow and get back at it again on Monday! LETS GO STATE PARK!!

Our 10-12 All Star team is in the District Championship game tomorrow night to earn their spot in the state tournament! Let’s show up in force and GET LOUD as they battle it out with Munster! LETS GO STATE PARK!!!!
