20 miles. One incredible West Virginia adventure. One MEGA strong woman. 💜

This weekend, our amazing client and 2025 Julie Diane Teter Scholarship recipient, Molly Born, tackled an incredible 20-mile hike through the beautiful Monongahela National Forest near Spruce K**b.

Twenty miles of mountain terrain is no small feat. Long climbs, rocky trails, changing elevations, and hours on your feet require serious strength, endurance, balance, and determination.

When Molly returned to the studio, she shared that she could feel the difference all those Lagree classes had made.

That’s one of the things we love most about Lagree. Yes, it makes you stronger in class. But more importantly, it helps you show up stronger for life. Whether that’s carrying groceries, chasing kids, traveling, tackling outdoor adventures, or hiking 20 miles through the mountains of Almost Heaven, West Virginia.

Molly is feeling MEGA strong, and we couldn’t be prouder. 💜

A huge congratulations to Katie Lanham, who officially reached the summit first and takes home our FREE 10-Class Pack! 🎉 Katie climbed an incredible 43,607 feet during the month-long challenge and set the pace for everyone chasing the top.

Summer is here, and we’re keeping it simple: consistency over perfection. 💜

We’re kicking off our Summer Sweat Challenge in June, and the fun doesn’t stop there--the challenge will continue all summer long through July and August (with new themes and prizes), giving you plenty of opportunities to stay moving, build healthy habits, and celebrate your consistency!

🌞 Sunshine Sticker = any workout completed at Centered
😊 Smiley Face = movement completed outside the studio (walks, hikes, travel workouts, bike rides, classes elsewhere, etc.)

Your goal? Fill all 30 days of June with movement.

The participant with the most 🌞 sunshine stickers (in-studio classes) will win a FREE Lymphatic Drainage Massage at BodyWorks Massage with our amazing client Martha Jackson (a $200 value)!

And don’t forget… anyone who completes at least ONE full challenge card in June, July, or August will be entered into our end-of-summer drawing for a FREE 10-pack of 45-minute classes.

Amber Richards hit 100 classes today at Centered! 🎉💯

Amber started coming to Centered one year ago and has become a familiar face in our Pilates Reformer, TRX, and Mat Pilates classes.

Here’s what Amber has to say about her experience:

“When I came to Centered, I just wanted to try it out. I absolutely loved it after just a couple of weeks! What keeps me coming back is the amazing atmosphere and how wonderful the instructors are (especially Michele and Annette!). 500 CLASSES for our girl Timmie Wilcox 💜⛰️

When Timmie first walked through our doors, she dipped her toes into a little bit of everything Centered had to offer… Lagree, Pilates and more. But somewhere along the way, she found her true love: CLIMB. And over the past 2 years, we’ve watched that love turn into pure dedication.

So it only felt right that she hit her 500th class milestone in Annette’s 7:30 am Climb class surrounded by her climb crew and all that amazing energy that makes Centered feel like home.

What we love most about Timmie isn’t just the number 500. It’s the consistency. The way she keeps showing up for herself. The confidence she’s built. The strength. The friendships. The growth.

If you know Timmie, you know her smile lights up the room. And if you’ve ever climbed beside her, you know she brings heart, grit, and encouragement to every single class.
