CrossfitWV Welcome to CrossFit WV! We are a local CrossFit affiliate located in Charleston, WV committed to exe workout. Showers available.

A warehouse facility with coach led classes that focus on strength, agility and functional movements. The classes typically consist of a 5-10 minute warm-up and an intense 10-25 min. Members at each class range in ages from 14 to 65 and are of all fitness levels.

🌩️ Class Cancellation – Today 7/21 5:30 PM 🌩️

Due to the severe weather expected to move into our area this evening, we have made the decision to cancel our 5:30 PM class today.
3:30 & 4:30pm are on as scheduled. (If that changes we will update this post!)

The safety of our athletes and coaches is always our top priority, and we don’t want anyone traveling during potentially dangerous conditions.

Please stay safe, keep an eye on the weather, and we’ll see everyone back in the gym soon, ready to get after it! 💪

We just installed four brand new Big A** ceiling fans to help keep the air moving and make our gym even more comfortable during those tough workouts!

We’re always looking for ways to improve the gym and create the best experience possible for our members.

We couldn’t be happier for your growing family!

Katie is an absolute rockstar and a true example of strength and dedication. She stayed committed throughout her entire pregnancy, modifying when needed, listening to her body, and showing up with an incredible attitude every step of the way. And because she’s Katie… she even got a workout in on the day before Charlie was born! 💪🔥
