We are changing the TRX schedule in order to allow more people to attend during the week and keep their Fridays free.

The new schedule will be Mon and Wed 7-730. Plan on arriving slightly early as we will start on time. Or come to the cardio class 6-7 and you will already be warm and on time đŸ˜€
