Known for his work as the frontman of the Turnpike Troubadours, Evan Felker has spent the better part of two decades telling stories about the people, places, and way of life that make the American West what it is. From his home in Oklahoma to stages across the globe, his songs have connected with generations of people who see a little of themselves in the stories he tells.

Musician, songwriter, horseman — but above all, a storyteller.

Beyond the music, Evan is a hardworking, down-to-earth guy who stays close to his roots and the people who matter most. His appreciation for the outdoors, the Western way of life, and the communities that raised him are all things we share and respect.

Here in Austin, The Trail Conservancy utilizes goats to work clearing poison ivy, invasive plants, and overgrown brush along the Ann and Roy Butler Trail.

Eco-friendly and authentically Austin, this herd of hardworking goats helps care for one of Austin’s favorite outdoor spaces.

Texas A&M’s all-time receptions AND receiving yards leader can catch more than just footballs.

Last week, we spent the morning chasing bass just outside of College Station with Aggie legend Ryan Swope . From slinging ranches at Swope & Young Land Company to frogs, spinnerbaits, and even urchin baits, Ryan’s the man, and we had a blast on the water with him!

Ryan seems optimistic about the Aggies this season... what do y’all think?
