πŸ‘€ As you can see, Cael is still making progress! This is from ONLY working out with me 1-2 times a week, sometimes 3, BUT we haven't missed many weeks, if any, of getting at least one workout in a week. Consistency and efficiency are the ingredients to the recipe for progress πŸ“ˆ

😁 It's been a lot of fun getting to know Cael and watching him grow as an athlete and young man over the last 8 months. He's a disciplined, hard working athlete and my job is to make sure he's also working SMART, efficient and the work he puts in effectively translates to his sports 🫑

Cael's improvements in athleticism have transferred over to improvements in his sports πŸ€β›³οΈπŸŒπŸ½β€β™‚οΈand I'm excited to watch that progress continue! πŸ’ͺ🏽
