Our third trip to World Ninja League Championships is in the books, and we’re heading home incredibly grateful. 🙏
This week was about so much more than medals and trophies. It was the culmination of countless hours of training, incredible coaching from our Ninja U staff, support from teammates and families, hard-fought buzzers, and memories we’ll never forget. 🔐
I’m thankful for what my family experienced this week. Ben, Jason, and I each earned 1st Place Strongest Ninja honors in our Tier 1 divisions🏆🏆🏆, while Lia earned 2nd Place Strongest Ninja in Tier 2🏆. I was also fortunate enough to earn the Head-to-Head Championship and finish 2nd Place Overall in the World Championship🏆🏆. Jason earned 3rd Place in Head-to-Head🏆, and one of my favorite moments of the entire week was watching Ben earn his very first WNL Worlds medal and trophy after years of hard work and perseverance.🏅
As proud as I am of those accomplishments, I’m equally proud of the 80 athletes and their families who represented our gym and Iowa this week. Watching them overcome obstacles, support one another, hit buzzers, stand on podiums, and grow in confidence was every bit as rewarding as our own results. Getting to coach and cheer for them throughout the week was a privilege.
A huge thank you to the World Ninja League staff, referees, rig crew, photographers, livestream team, volunteers, and everyone working behind the scenes. For more than six days straight, they poured countless hours into creating an event that was professional, organized, and athlete-focused. Athletes felt seen, families felt welcomed, and the entire experience was first class. 🫶
We’re leaving tired, thankful, and inspired. Congratulations to all of the athletes and families who made this week so special.
Until next year. ❤️
