Independence Day done right. 🇺🇸🎣

Last weekend was one for the books. Always a pleasure to bring friends out on the water, especially when one of them is behind the camera capturing the memories.

Huge thanks to my good friend Cody at Cody for putting together this awesome video. Great fishing, great company, and memories we’ll be talking about for years to come.

Stellar time out on the water today with friends and family. 🇺🇸🎣

There’s nothing better than spending the holiday weekend making memories with the people who matter most. We were treated to calm water, plenty of bites, and wrapped up the day with a great mixed bag of walleyes and perch. Seeing Hunter’s smile, sharing laughs on the boat, and ending the day around the cleaning table made it one to remember.

Days like these are exactly why we love being on the water.

Here’s to more sunrises, bent rods, and time spent with the people you love.

There’s no better way to kick off the week leading up to America’s 250th Independence Day than out on the South Dakota prairie doing what we love.

We had the opportunity to spend a great couple of days guiding for Dakota Prairie Lodge & Resort LLC with an outstanding group from Berry's Manufacturing. Great people, great shooting, and plenty of laughs made for an awesome couple of days on the prairie.

One of my favorite parts of the trip was watching Hunter continue to grow as a guide. He’s stepped up in a big way this season, helping spot impacts, keeping clients on target, and making sure everyone has a great experience. Watching his confidence and skills grow has made me incredibly proud—he’s absolutely crushing it.

A big thank you to Dakota Prairie for the opportunity to be part of another great hunt, and to the team from Berry’s Manufacturing for spending a few days with us. We appreciate the great company and hope to see you all back on the prairie again soon.

Spent some time on the water this week doing what every guide should—staying on top of the bite. 🎣

Fishing conditions can change quickly, so spending time scouting, covering water, and staying dialed in helps ensure we’re putting our clients on the best bite possible when it’s their turn on the boat.

The walleyes are cooperating, and we’re excited for the weeks ahead!

Happy Father’s Day to the man who means everything to our family.

Jamie, watching you be a father to Hunter and Freya is one of life’s greatest blessings. Your strength, patience, and unwavering love are the foundation of our family. Whether we’re out on the water, making memories in the outdoors, or simply spending time together at home, you always put us first.

Thank you for being the dad who teaches by example, works tirelessly for his family, and shows our children what dedication, kindness, and integrity look like every day. The love you have for us never goes unnoticed, and we are so grateful for all that you do.

We are incredibly lucky to call you husband, dad, and our best friend. Hunter and Freya have the best role model they could ever ask for, and I am so thankful to be raising this family alongside you.

Three days on the prairie, plenty of trigger time, and no shortage of action. The weather kept us on our toes with everything from cloudy skies to sunshine, but it made for an unforgettable prairie dog hunt.

A big thank you to Chris for booking with us and spending the last three days chasing targets across the South Dakota prairie. It was great having you guys out, sharing stories, stretching the rifles out, and enjoying some outstanding shooting opportunities.

We appreciate the opportunity to guide your hunt and look forward to having you back for another trip soon!

It was another great week out on the prairie at Dakota Prairie Lodge & Resort LLC! From long-range shots to nonstop target opportunities, the clients had a blast and made plenty of memories along the way.

One of the highlights was watching Hunter continue to grow into his role as a guide. He’s doing a great job learning the ropes, spotting targets, helping clients, and gaining valuable experience every day. It’s been awesome to see his confidence and skills improve with each trip.

We’re grateful to Dakota Prairie Lodge for the opportunity to spend another week guiding great people and sharing everything the South Dakota prairie has to offer. It was a pleasure working with these groups and helping create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

Prairie dog hunting is in full swing, and there’s plenty more fun to come!
