I wanted to make sure that everyone has heard the news.
My little family is starting an exciting new chapter and will be moving to Virginia soon. I’m excited for what’s ahead, but incredibly sad to leave this incredible community. This has been so much more than a fitness class - you’ve encouraged me, celebrated with me, and shown up for one another in the most beautiful ways. I’m deeply grateful for each of you.
I’d love to see as many of you as possible at my last two classes this Thursday and next Thursday. I have created a playlist with some of my favorite REFIT® choreo and it would mean so much to move with you one more time and say a heartfelt “see you later.”
The good news is REFIT isn’t going anywhere! 🎉 Classes will continue, with Manda & Jamie, at the same day and time and in the same location, so this amazing community will keep going strong.
Thank you for making this season so special. I hope you’ll join me these next two Thursdays so we can dance, sweat, laugh, and celebrate together. 💛
