Dance fitness is good for your heart AND brain health!! Come try an adapted REFIT® class with us in Holly Springs next Tuesday, June 9th at 4:30pm to put those findings to good use! We adapt the typical REFIT® choreography to be easy to follow and feel successful with in your first class. This class is designed with folks with disabilities in mind, but open to any and ALL BODIES ages 12+! Registration link in the bio - please sign up ASAP if you are coming!

Y’all know REV+FLOW is where it’s at, but do you ever feel like the moves look ridiculous or impossible until you do them a few times? (or more than a few times… 🤪) The more consistently you show up, the easier the moves become, and the STRONGER you feel, both mentally and physically!

Non-residents - $31 for full session

For those who want to move their bodies, stretch sore or tight muscles, strengthen their bodies across every muscle group, and bond with a community that shares these same goals!

REV+FLOW focuses on building foundational and functional strength for a comprehensive approach to a fitness class that can meet the needs of every body, regardless of age, ability level, or fitness experience!

Ever wondered what a REFIT® class looks like for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities? We combine fun, adapted movements to positive, enjoyable music to be easy to follow and engaging for people across a range of fitness, mobility, and ability levels. Come see what it’s all about!

Classes meet every 2nd Tuesday afternoon in Holly Springs and every Wednesday afternoon in Apex. Both classes are open to older children and adults with disabilities — and the Holly Springs class is open to everyone! Share this with a friend who might enjoy it and help us grow these communities!

Katie, here! I teach an adapted “lite” version of REFIT® to participants ages 12+ on 2nd Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30pm at the Holly Springs Community Center.

Whether you are looking for a fitness class that caters to your needs, or want a REFIT® class that’s a bit simpler and easier to follow, this could be for you!

If you know someone in the triangle would might benefit from a format like this, please share this information with them! Think of your elderly neighbors, friends with disabilities (visible and invisible), or children with extra energy after school who like to move their bodies.
