10U Gold had a great weekend kicking off the season scrimmaged the Irish Rovers 2016s. They dropped the first one 2–3, but after settling in and working together, they came back triumphant with a 3-1 win.
Between games, the Fuel and Irish families had a tailgate together in the parking lot, which was a great way for everyone to spend time off the ice.

The team finished the weekend with their kickoff party at Bier Brewery, where Coach Zach got in on the fun, with Coach Zach leading the kids in a football game for some team building.

A really fun start to the season and we’re excited to see what Coach Joe and this group can do together!

Indy Jr Fuel 14U Gold has officially kicked off the 2026-2027 campaign with a GREAT practice, team meetings, off ice training, goal-setting sessions, and of course, ROCK CLIMBING!
Coach Taz and the young men of 14U Gold ended their first day together at for a few hours of team building and some challenging exercise!

We can't wait to see the heights this team can reach with a start like this...

Great initiative for any hockey families impacted by the recent flooding.

The flooding across Central Indiana has hit a lot of families hard. Homes have been damaged, belongings have been lost, and for some young hockey players, their equipment is damaged, destroyed, or literally underwater.

We want to help.

If your player has been impacted by the flooding and has lost or damaged hockey equipment that could keep them from getting back on the ice, please reach out through your coach or league representative.

We'll work with them to understand what your player needs and see how the Alexander Wittbrod-Rouse Legacy Fund can help.

Hockey equipment can be replaced. The opportunity to play shouldn't be lost with it.

With their youth hockey careers behind them, several of our 2007-born players are making decisions about their hockey futures. As these players advance to junior hockey and high levels of the ACHA, we wanted to take some time to highlight a few of our IYHA alum:

🏒 Ryan Boccone - After spending the last 3 seasons at Culver Military Academy, Ryan is headed to Indiana University

🏒 Jake Davis - After serving as an Assistant Captain with 16U Gold, Jake played two years at HSE and will join the ACHA DI Central Michigan University team next season

🏒 Michael Esposito - ‘Espo’ spent last season with the Charleston Colonials in the USPHL, he is looking to continue his junior hockey career

🏒 Roman Gralak - After wearing the ‘C’ for IE 18U AAA this past year, Roman’s combination of leadership abilities and high level of play earned him a tender-agreement with the NJ Titans of the NAHL

🏒 Parker Lahr - The first of this group to play hockey in college, Parker already has one year of ACHA hockey for Aquinas College behind him, and is looking forward to continuing his career

🏒 Matthew Sell - The former CCM World Invite MVP at 16U has spent the previous two seasons playing an important role for the IE 18U team, he is considering his junior hockey options

🏒 Tobias Tilley - This stand-out defenseman captained Culver Military Prep last season, please join us in congratulating Tobias on his signing with the Chicoutimi Saguenéens of the QMJHL

🏒 Trevor Young - His offensive output (217 points over the past two seasons with IE 18U) has earned him a tender-agreement with the NAHL’s Northeast Generals

🏒 Toby Zembrodt - After battling adversity by way of a major injury, Toby has persevered and has signed with the NCDC's Fort Wayne Spacemen

While this is in no way a comprehensive list of our 07's accomplishments both on and off the ice, we wish the best of luck to all of our 07's as they put their youth hockey careers past them and advance into the next chapter of their lives!

This year's golf tournament will also feature a silent auction including team baskets from each of our Jr Fuel travel teams!

All proceeds from the tournament go toward the Matt Smith Memorial Scholarship.
