No matter which track you choose, you’ll still train alongside the whole F45 community - with your coaching, nutrition, benchmarks and progress tracking tailored towards your goal.

Throughout the Challenge you’ll:

✅ Meet with your coach
✅ Complete an initial benchmark & body scan
✅ Receive weekly coaching & nutrition support
✅ Wrist band specific to your goal so coaches can easily guide you during classes.
✅ Track your progress
