Yesterday we had a Double Dawn and a Mary with Baby on Board celebrations! 😁

Dawn M. our “Dawn Patrol” regular celebrated her 100th barre3 class at 6am. Then Dawn S. celebrated 250 classes virtually mid morning. And Mary T “topped” us off with 100 classes in the evening with her cute baby bump! All three of these women show up with the best smiles, focus and determination. We are proud and honored to have all three of you as a part of our barre3 Carlsbad community. Congratulations and cheers to all three of you rockstars!🧡🎉🤩💪

✨ Meet Sadie ✨

If you’re in the studio on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday mornings, you’ve probably been welcomed by Sadie’s friendly smile 🧡

As part of our front desk team, Sadie is often the first person you’ll meet- checking clients into class, calling first-timers before their visit, and making sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they walk through our doors!

She’s also one of our most dedicated clients, consistently showing up and crushing class. And if you’ve ever taught Sadie, you know her facial expressions can turn even the toughest set into a moment of laughter- they always keep our instructors smiling 😆

Originally from Valley Center, Sadie loves beach days, Strawberry Shack, a Salted Honey Shaken Espresso from The Morning Grove (a barre3 staff favorite), and the empowering community that makes barre3 feel like home.

Hi, I’m Hannah! As a Carlsbad native, I grew up dancing and developed a lifelong passion for movement that led me to a career as a dance instructor, which I’ve been doing for the past 12 years. My mom introduced me to barre3 last year, and I was immediately drawn to the uplifting community and the balanced approach to strength, mindfulness, and self-care. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me enjoying the sunshine, getting lost in a good book, or spending quality time with friends and family. I’m thrilled to join the barre3 family and look forward to moving, growing, and connecting with this amazing community.

A Sunday evening exhale 🧡

Our Mindful Flow + Sound Bath held yesterday at the studio invited us to slow down, tune in, and reset for the week ahead.

We flowed through a grounding barre3 Mindful Flow, moved into intentional breathwork, and then effortlessly melted into a candlelit sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and restore the mind-body connection.

With flickering candlelight, healing sound, community, and wellness bags for every participant, the evening felt like a collective pause- a chance to release what no longer serves us and create space for what’s next.
