PIKE PIKE PIKE 🔥🔥🔥 Im just getting started 😁💪 I've always loved a mix of CORE with UPPER BODY strength and some stabikity training mixed in. These movements demand focus and bring you into the now.
⭐️ Make sure your hand/wrists placement is solid
⭐️ Initiate from the core, not the arms
⭐️ I prefer the forearm planks 2nd to even out and stabilize
⏭️⏭️warm up first
