If you've been thinking about starting an exercise routine, here are 2 things to keep in mind:

They're one of the best investments you can make to help keep your feet, knees, hips, and back happy.
🚶♀️ Start slow. You don't need to exercise for an hour. Start with 5–10 minutes a day and give your body time to adapt.
Remember, fitness isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about taking the first step and then taking another one tomorrow.
