Another Weekend Rundown! A great weekend coming up!

The 9/11 Heroes Run is Saturday at 8:00 AM at Lynwood Baptist Church. It's a 5K plus a 1-mile run/walk honoring the first responders lost on September 11th and everyone who's served since. Doesn't matter if you run it, walk it, or ruck it.

Packet pickup is right here at the store today from 4 to 6.

Couple of reminders: Sunday is the last day to register for City of Roses and get a guaranteed shirt. And the Nolan Weber Believers 5K is next Saturday in Jackson, with online registration closing Thursday the 17th at 8pm.

Twenty versions. That's a long run for any shoe.

The Brooks Cascadia 20 just landed, and it might be the biggest update the line has seen. New nitrogen-infused DNA Flash V2 foam, 4mm more cushion than the last version, and a Vibram Megagrip outsole for serious traction. Still the do-it-all trail shoe, just softer and more capable than before.
