Littles are always allowed during any of our classes as long as they’re preoccupied! Check out our Mama Mobility classes coming back in October! Babies aren’t a requirement but always welcome! (They make great weights!

Get outfit and pose ideas rolling! We’ll be starting to work poses in classes starting in September! AND be on the lookout for a pose/photo workshop!
