#2) 💃🏻 THE KEA METHOD WORKSHOP goes on tour this fall! (I still have a few spots left this summer but not many!) taking bookings for fall and winter and CAN NOT WAIT to bring this transformational workshop to studios and conventions everywhere!

❤️Finally, I just finished producing my 17th production to three nearly sold out theaters and couldn’t be more proud of my dancers, the creative work we shared with the works and my sons surprise appearance too!

It’s has taken so much work to get here folks, but I couldn’t be more proud of how hard I’ve worked and the commitment to my podcast and this workshop that I absolutely know will be a game changer for dancers everywhere!🫶

🥹 To anyone that’s having a hard time saying goodbye to their friends this season…here’s a mini share from my heart to yours.

It was 12:30am and I had a thought while I was finishing reviewing my light notes from stage rehearsal earlier last night…(I look so tired- cause I am- but this had to be said!) 🫶 but- I got inspired…

Here’s the thing- sometimes we don’t know what to say when we know someone is graduating and moving on…we don’t want to sound cheesy, or overly emotional fearing others opinions.

At the same time we don’t want to not tell the person how much we love them and what they mean to us and what they’ve done for our lives…

The solution?! Gratitude…

As a seasoned dancer and in my 24th year teaching and also 16 years running my own studio- here’s one tip that can help get past that awkward hesitation of self doubt and nerves- and just help you find the truth in what you’re trying to say…share honest gratitude from the heart.

I didnt see it coming!
What started as a walk in a polar vortex for his birthday, turned out to be the most magical experience with the love of my life.

We are overjoyed to share with our friends and family that we are getting married.
