Congratulations to all of our players on an outstanding summer of golf and our first undefeated season!

This is truly a special group of young golfers. They showed up every week ready to practice, compete, encourage one another, and represent our club with class. Their hard work, teamwork, and determination paid off in a big way, and I couldn’t be more proud of every single player.

We made it! Our final group walked off the course just as the wind started picking up ahead of this evening's storm. We quickly moved everything inside, finished scoring, and were fortunate to complete another successful Double Couples tournament.

What an incredible weekend!

We were honored to welcome 248 players from across the region, with couples traveling from several different states—and some making the trip from more than six hours away. To each and every one of you, thank you for choosing to spend your weekend with us at Calvert City Golf & Country Club. We truly appreciate your support and hope you enjoyed your time with us.

A huge thank you goes out to our Superintendent and Maintenance Staff for preparing an outstanding golf course. The course was in exceptional condition all weekend and continues to provide a great experience for our members and guests every day.

We would also like to thank Tammie Smith for another fantastic job in the kitchen. With more than 500 meals served over the two days, players enjoyed outstanding food all weekend long. Thank you, Tammie, for helping make this event even more special.

Finally, thank you once again to everyone who participated in this year's Double Couples Tournament. Events like this are only possible because of players like you, and we are grateful for the opportunity to host you each year.
