📢Good morning,

We're starting morning workouts next week. I talked to some of the guys about this yesterday afternoon after school about what to expect. They're not mandatory sessions, but we all agreed it'd be good if everyone joined in to hit our goals for the next few months and the season ahead.

●April 20th to June 5th - Spring Weights, Fitness Program & Futsal
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
📍Weight Room - 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM
📍Futsal (A Gym) - 6:45 AM to 7:30 PM

*8th graders can attend if they can logistically make it happen.

*Please share with others who might need to see this too.

Please if you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

Hopefully before the school year is over I'll have a chance to meet with all the parents and players.
