Fello racers in the RC Community & Callahan’s RC Speedway. It is with a heavy heart that I have to step down as the Race Director for Callahan’s Races. My heath has taken a turn and I can no longer call the races. Chris Daymon will take over as Race Director in my place. He is a great friend and knows haw to run races. I will be at the track on the 19th to help him get started and then I will take my leave. Thank you for all the support from all of you to me and Callahan’s. I shale come by from time to time to see all and hang for a bit. Thanks and give Chris a warm welcome.

Thank you everyone for the prayers and get well wishes. I came home Sunday and are feeling a lot better. Still only about 75% but working on getting better. Thanks again for the support.

Racers. Saturday the 29th On the fastest Dirt Oval in North Florida, UNDER the LIGHTS. Gates open @ 3pm, Practice till 5pm & Racing to start @ 530pm. It's going to be a great night of racing. See you at the track

Hey racers. I have been watching the weather as this heat wave keeps going day after day. Callahan’ weather is showing an index of 112 every day next week and into the weekend. Our Honda generator is being repaired but not sure when. Will be by the end of the month. So I’m canceling this weekends race for heat reasons. We will try to pick it up on the 29th and it may be a night race. Sorry to do this but I think it’s best so no one gets sick from the heat. Thanks for your understanding and we will see you back on the 29th.
