So incredibly gutted over the loss of Dan Bromley last night.

I’ve known Dan and his family since he was racing a 50cc and we pitted together at the Middletown Indoors. We grew up to become rivals in the professional ranks, and it’s a rivalry I’ll always be grateful for. He was such a crafty rider who could ride anything fast, on any type of track. He truly made me a better racer. He will forever be a champion.

I don’t think there was anyone on the planet who loved riding motorcycles more than Danny. He’d finish on the American Flat Track podium on a Saturday night, and then I’d see photos of him at some random pit bike race on a Sunday afternoon. Vintage bikes, adventure bikes, twins, singles, hare scrambles, flat track… he rode it all.

As much as I respected his ability on a motorcycle, I respected even more how grounded he was and how much he loved his family.

My heart breaks for Connar, their beautiful kids, his entire family, and his huge group of friends. I’m just so incredibly sad for everyone who knew and loved him. Our flat track community lost one of the good ones. Rest easy, Danny. 🙏💔

What a day at the Lima Half-Mile! Mother Nature threw her best at us, but she picked a fight with two stubborn promoters with a love for the sport and a desire to see it grow. The track turned out great and the racing was awesome.

A huge thank you and a ton of respect to Jared Mees for his desire to get in the event, even when many were in our ears saying it couldn’t be done. Him and his crew, along with my entire team worked tirelessly all day. Jared, you’re a champ on and off the track and I enjoyed partnering with you as always. Hoping the bleachers are packed today and tomorrow for his American Flat Track events.

Thanks again to all the riders and families for attending and being patient with us all day. We appreciate you all.
