This past weekend, our Parker Racing family lost one of our own.
Alyssa Kruppenbacker was the beloved daughter of our crew chief, Ashley, and her husband, Jon, and the loving big sister to Jonathan. She wasn’t just part of the racing community, she was part of our family. From the time she was little, she grew up at the racetrack, and our community was fortunate enough to watch her grow into the incredible young lady she became.

Alyssa had the brightest smile and the kindest heart. She loved being at the racetrack, not only as a racer but as someone who was always eager to lend a helping hand. She looked up to her mom in every way, always wanting to be beside her in the pits, learning, helping, and becoming part of the team behind the team. She brought joy wherever she went, and anyone who knew her was lucky to have experienced her warmth, her laughter, and her unwavering love for this sport.

Racing gives us so much. It gives us lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and a family unlike any other. This weekend, it also reminded us how precious every moment together truly is.

The hole Alyssa leaves behind can never be filled. The racetrack won’t be the same without her smile, and our team will never feel complete without her. We will carry her memory with us every time we roll through the gates, every lap we turn, and every race weekend we spend together.

Please keep Ashley, Jon, and the entire Kruppenbacker family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the unimaginable. We will stand beside them, grieve with them, and honor Alyssa in everything we do.

Rest easy, Alyssa. You’ll always have a place in the Parker Racing family. You will forever be loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten. 🖤

🇺🇸 Race Day | DuQuoin Mile 🇺🇸

The Fourth of July means one thing in American Flat Track - it’s time for the legendary DuQuoin Mile.

The Parker Racing team is in Illinois and ready to take on one of the fastest, most historic tracks on the schedule. After another week of preparation, we’re excited to get back under the lights and continue building momentum through the season.

Two days at Lima. Two completely different stories.

Friday tested this team in every possible way. We brought the 750s out for their first race of the season and immediately fought through engine issues. We missed practice, had both qualifying sessions cut short, and spent the day chasing a setup instead of racing. After swapping back to the 700 for the Triple Challenge, Chad battled his way to an 8th-place finish. In the second main we were late to staging while making last-minute changes, forcing us to start from the penalty row at the very back of the field. Chad fought through to 9th, followed it up with another 8th in Main 3, and salvaged an 8th overall finish from what could have been a disastrous day.

Saturday was a step in the right direction. Chad qualified 7th, led laps in his heat race, and finally had a motorcycle underneath him that allowed him to race instead of troubleshoot. Running among the fastest laps in the field for much of the main, he charged forward to finish 6th. Most importantly, we ended the weekend stronger than we started it and moved from 11th to 8th in the championship standings.

While we’re proud of the progress, this weekend became about far more than racing. Our hearts are with the family, friends, and entire flat track community following the tragic loss of Dan Bromley. This sport gives us incredible highs, but it also reminds us of the risks every rider accepts when the visor drops.

We’ll carry heavy hearts into next weekend, but we’ll keep pushing forward - the way Dan would have wanted us to.

P9 for Team Parker Racing in Nashville Short Track - Hohenwald, TN

What a night for the team at Nashville. Chad put together one of his strongest performances of the season, qualifying P2 overall, winning his heat race, and showing race-winning speed all day long.

The bike was working, the track was there, and Chad had the pace to run up front. Unfortunately, he was battling being under the weather and after about 6-8 laps into the Main Event, he hit a wall and struggled to catch his breath. Even so, he dug deep, fought through it, and salvaged a P9 finish against one of the toughest SuperTwins fields in the country.

Sometimes the results sheet doesn’t tell the whole story. The grit, determination, and heart Chad showed tonight are something this team is incredibly proud of. To qualify second, win a heat race, and still bring home a top-10 finish while battling through sickness says everything about the rider he is.

We’re leaving Tennessee with a lot of positives, plenty of confidence, and momentum to build on as we head to the next round.

Still reminiscing on the highs from this weekend. 🏁
The long nights in the shop, the stressful moments, the nonstop work behind the scenes… all led to this. Standing on the box with a P3 finish at ThrottleFest is something we’re incredibly proud of, not just because of the result, but because of what it took to get here as a team.

This season has been all about building momentum, learning, growing, and proving to ourselves that the hard work is paying off little by little. To finally see it come together this weekend meant everything.

Huge thank you again to every single person behind Parker Racing that helps make this possible. Our riders, crew, family, friends, sponsors, supporters, and everyone cheering us on from near and far, we truly couldn’t do this without you. P3 AT THROTTLEFEST! 🏁🥉

What a weekend for the Parker Racing Team at Budds Creek. The momentum we’ve been building all season is finally starting to show and we could not be more proud of this entire crew. From the long nights in the shop, the testing, the changes, the hard conversations, the nonstop dedication… this moment means a lot to all of us.

This sport is far from easy, and results like this remind us why we continue to put everything we have into it. The riders, mechanics, family, sponsors, friends, and everyone behind the scenes working tirelessly - this podium belongs to every single one of you.

Leaving Maryland with a P3 finish, confidence growing, and our heads held high as we head into the next round in Pennsylvania ready to keep this momentum rolling. We’re learning, growing, and getting stronger every weekend.
