Reminder: The annual Pax River Kids Triathlon is being held at the WCA Recreational Facilities THIS Saturday, August 1, 2026. From 8 am to 10am, the roadway in front of the Wildewood pool will be closed from Wildewood Drive to Hickory Nut Drive during that time. Residents that live on these streets will be permitted to exit onto Wildewood Pkwy. Road Closure signs are in place so please note. The road closure will be manned by St. Mary's County Sherrifs Deputies.

Join the MICL Trailblazers on July 26, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at Rosaryville State Park for a fun, beginner-friendly mountain bike clinic. We'll cover the fundamentals—body position, braking, and balance—before heading out on an easy, scenic trail ride with experienced coaches and ride leaders.

Thanks to a Maryland DNR Outdoor Equity Grant, bikes and equipment are available at no cost for anyone who needs them, making it easy to give mountain biking a try. Spots are limited, so register early, complete your liability waiver before arriving, and don't forget the park entrance fee ($3 for Maryland residents, $5 for out-of-state visitors).

Looking for someone to lead the shop ride tonight. It'll probably be a light crowd with the heat advisory in effect. I will not be attending tonight's ride. If you are planning on attending, make sure to bring extra water as the "feels like" temp will be above 100.
