SUMMER STRENGTH SESSION IS LIVE ☀️💪🏼

May 26 – July 3 | 6 Weeks

We’re back and we’re building stronger than ever.
This summer is about intentional strength for every stage.

Here’s what we’ve got for you 👇🏼

Women’s Full Body Strength
From barbells to bands, we meet you where you are and build you up.
Tuesdays/Thursdays 5am, 6am, 12pm, 6pm

Built to Carry (Pregnancy & Postpartum)
Small group (just 4 mamas).
Train with intention, support your core + pelvic floor, and get a take-home plan to stay consistent all week.
Tuesdays 11am

Little Lifters (Ages 5–7)
Building strong foundations through movement, coordination, and plyometrics, setting them up for a lifetime of strength.
Tuesdays 2:30pm

Kids Strength & Conditioning (ongoing)
We have spots open NOW in our 4:30–5:30pm class.. jump in as soon as this week.

This isn’t random workouts.
This is strength with purpose.
For women. For kids. For every stage.

We’ve got a few limited spots left in our 4:30PM Kids Strength & Conditioning class—and this is your sign to grab one.

This class is for ages 8+, whether your child is brand new or already involved in sports. We meet them where they’re at and build from there.

This is a 3 day per week strength program designed for women of all levels—whether you’re just starting out or ready to push heavier and level up. Every workout is built to meet you where you are with options to adjust and progress as you get stronger.

You can train at home or in the gym.

This week we’re recognizing Lincoln for his hard work, determination, and attention to detail.

Since joining us in September 2024, Lincoln has shown up with a big drive to learn and excel. He takes pride in moving well, always giving his best effort and focusing on strong technique. His competitive nature pushes him to improve, and that mindset carries beyond the gym. We hear he’s pumping out reps at home and crushing it in his sports too 💥

You can always count on Lincoln to bring a big smile, plenty of laughs, and gritty work to every session. This is what consistency, effort, and earning progress looks like at Alpha Performance.

While I take some time away from coaching classes for personal reasons, I still want a way to support all of you women, and honestly, this felt like the perfect opportunity to extend what we do at Alpha beyond our local community too!

So, we’re opening up our 6-Week Women’s Virtual Strength Program to EVERYONE - whether you train with us now, used to, live nearby by or are completely new and just want to experience what Alpha is all about (yes, even from afar!).
