🇺🇸 NFA UPDATE — NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!

The ATF has released new guidance following the DOJ’s decision not to appeal the Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF ruling. The guidance changes how certain NFA requirements will be enforced for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and certain other fi****ms. Form 4473, background checks, and applicable state and local laws still apply.

With this change, at US Patriot Fi****ms LLC we are making an update of our own! 👇

💥 OUR NFA TRANSFER FEE IS NOW JUST $25! 💥

That’s effective immediately for all third party items but we have plenty in stock to choose from! We’re committed to keeping the process simple and our fees fair while continuing to provide the service you expect from us.

🚨 NFA UPDATE 🚨

The deadline for the government to appeal the Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF ruling has officially passed — no appeal was filed. The ruling stands. 🇺🇸

We’re now waiting on ATF guidance, which we expect October 12, to clarify the next steps.

In the meantime, we are processing all Silencer Shop inventory on a 4473.

Third-party transfers will still be processed on a Form 4 until we receive further guidance.

We have the Oklahoma City Gun Show this weekend, and we expect to sell out. We currently have 45+ available to choose from! 👀
