Reminder for conditioning tonight! For uniform sizing we will finish up any 12u players that didn’t get sized last ween. Then we will start 7u. Sizing will go AFTER warmups. Please bring shoulder pads so we can get accurate sizing for jerseys. If you have any questions please reach out.

Good morning everyone! This is directed primarily at the 9U players but all players are welcome! Coach Jory will be at the practice field for anyone who wants to come out and work on some things. You are not required or expected to come out. Same time and location as last night!

Good morning everyone! Reminder conditioning starts this evening at 6pm! Your player will be working with the coaches for their age groups! You DO NOT have to be registered to attend!

For those not familiar with Cache please see picture for reference to location!

They do not need to bring equipment unless you want a coach to check to make sure they fit.

Good afternoon everyone! Important reminder for summer conditioning! We will be starting Monday June 1 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at the fields behind the Cache Intermediate school.

Players will be split into their age divisions and be doing conditioning with their coaches. Their coaches will determine if they want to meet on any additional days other than Monday.

Every Monday all age groups will be together and we will have uniforms for sizing. If your player has shoulder pads please bring them so we can get an accurate size. Also, please have your players top 3 number choices.

You DO NOT have to be registered to attend. Flag players are encouraged to attend.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday!
