Adley has been one of our most consistent athletes in Youth Speed School since she started. She comes in every week and works her tail off! She listens, asks questions, and continues to challenge herself with movement patterns and form, weights and reps, and with our competition finishers!

She is turning into a fierce leader, a solid role model for our other female youth athletes, and puts up some stiff competition against the boys when participating in our relay races!

Adley recently achieved a new top speed of 11 mph on the treadmill!
Keep up the great work, Adley!

Client of the Week: Josiah!
