🏀🏐Friday nights are best spent at our gym!

We have a great lineup of programs on Friday nights, with Session I starting September 18 - October 23. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

🏀Little Hoopers (co-ed ages 5-8)
Our Little Hoopers classes focus on basic fundamentals and introductory skills in a fun, learning environment. We use smaller basketballs and lowered rims to ensure proper form and technique. Campers will also spend time on agility, ball handling and motor skill development through drills, games & competitions.

🏀Jr. Dunkers (co-ed ages 8-10)
In the Jr. Dunkers classes coaches will demonstrate and instruct on drills in all areas of the game (ball handling, shooting, passing, defense). Campers will have a chance to take part in full court drills, competitions and simulated game situations. This is a great camp for players prior to joining league play.

🏐LITTLE BUMPERS Co-ed ages 6-9
The Little Bumpers program is the perfect starting point for any new player looking to learn the game of volleyball. We will introduce the 6 basic skills with an emphasis on movement and motor skill development.

🏐JUNIOR SPIKERS Co-ed ages 10-12
Junior Spikers is a great way to build fundamental volleyball skills and become a more well rounded player. Training will focus on all skills including passing, setting, attacking, serving and defense with a strong emphasis on communication, ball control and movement.

🏐🤍Our favorite part of camp is when everyone plays! Such a fun and light-hearted competition for everyone involved.
