Some moments in sport are bigger than trophies—they represent courage, perseverance, and the power of the human spirit.

Watching Roy Tuscany take his first-ever victory on a Macski was deeply emotional. Roy is more than a champion; he’s a man I respect tremendously for what he has built through High Fives Foundation and the lives he has transformed in the SCI community. Nobody works harder to lift others up.

To make the day truly historic, his wife Alana Nichols took the women’s title as well. Husband and wife, winning the same event together. Inspiring. Historic. Beautiful.

I couldn’t be more proud of these two incredible humans. This is bigger than waveski surfing—it’s about resilience, love, and proving what is possible.
