This design is the result of a true collaboration with Roy Tuscany from the High Fives Foundation, who challenged us to push for more speed, drive, performance—and take 360s to the next level! 🔥

The square nose adds more surface area up front, helping create greater lift and momentum through the wake and rotation.

Roy isn’t just riding it—he’s testing it, pushing it, and providing the feedback that helps us continue evolving adaptive wakeski design. And as you can see in the video, the results are starting to speak for themselves! 👊🌊

🌊 Introducing the MACSKI Square Nose Wakeski! 🚀

This one has been a true collaboration.

The new Square Nose Wakeski was inspired by Roy Tuscany of the High Fives Foundation, who challenged me to push the engineering and performance of our adaptive wakeskis even further.

Roy wanted more performance, more drive, more speed—and a design that could help take 360s to the next level. The square nose adds forward surface area to generate greater lift, drive, and speed, while helping riders carry more momentum through the rotation and reconnect with the wake.

Roy hasn't just been riding the board—he's been testing it, pushing it to its limits, and providing the feedback that's helping shape the next generation of adaptive wakeskis.

This is how adaptive equipment should be developed:

✅ Pushed to the limit by adaptive athletes.

🚨 NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

For years I've been asked:
"Ian, when are you going to build a modern version of the Cobra Strike and Dagger Kaos?"

The answer is... Now.

Macski is developing a brand-new entry-level performance waveski, inspired by the legendary Cobra Strike and Dagger Kaos, while incorporating over 35 years of waveski design and engineering experience. This isn't a copy—it's a complete reimagining designed to make waveski surfing easier, more fun, and more accessible.

Our goals:
🏄 Seat & back band connection points
🏄 Lowered seating
🏄 Easy paddling and effortless wave catching
🏄 Longboard-style glide with real surfing performance
🏄 Excellent stability for beginners and recreational surfers
🏄 Fast down the line with smooth carving turns
🏄 Sharp rails and a clean V-bottom for speed and control
🏄 Tri-fin setup designed specifically for surfing
🏄 Less strain on your back by letting the board do more of the work

The biggest improvement? Weight.
The original Cobra Strike and Dagger Kaos typically weigh 30–50 lbs (14–23 kg).
Our target is just 17 lbs (under 8 kg)—making it easier to carry, paddle, accelerate, and surf.

We're currently refining the design and will be sharing CAD drawings, prototypes, testing sessions, and the journey from concept to production.

We believe this could be the board that introduces a whole new generation to waveski surfing.
The future is taking shape.
