📢 FLAG FOOTBALL CANCELED

Unfortunately, tomorrow’s flag football games are canceled due to the incoming rain expected. 🌧️

I will be working on rescheduling these games so the kids can still get all their games in before the end of the season! 🏈

Thank you for your understanding, and I’ll keep everyone updated once I know when these games will be made up!

🏈 REFEREES NEEDED FOR TOMORROW! 🏈

I’m still looking for 3 referees for tomorrow’s flag football games at the high school!

⏰ 9:00 AM — 1 referee needed
⏰ 10:00 AM — 2 referees needed

I’ve reached out to some of our high school football players, as they are typically the ones who referee for us, but so far I’ve only been able to hear back from two of them.

If you are interested or have a high school kid who would be interested in refereeing and I may not know about them, please let me know ASAP! We’d really appreciate the help! 🏈

The pay is $25/game 😀

🥎 That’s a wrap on our Adult Church League & Tuesday Night Men’s League! 🥎

Another great season of softball at Legion Park has officially come to an end! A huge THANK YOU to all of the teams who participated and helped make it possible to have both of these leagues right here in Brodhead. We truly appreciate everyone who came out, had fun, and made these leagues what they are! 👏

A special shoutout to our amazing umpires — Bob, Rick, and Brady! Thank you for giving your time and helping keep all those games running smoothly. We appreciate you more than you know! 🙌

And another BIG thank you to Stacie, who spent countless nights up in the scorebox keeping everything organized and keeping the games moving along. Your help was very much appreciated! ❤️

Thank you again to everyone who helped make this season a success. We’re already looking forward to seeing you all back at Legion Park next year!

We are so grateful for this thoughtful contribution from a couple of community members who wish to remain anonymous. They have generously made and donated a beautiful bench, including pouring the concrete for its placement!

💦 That’s a wrap on another summer at the Brodhead Pool! 💦

As we officially close out another pool season, I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who came through our gates, enjoyed the pool, participated in aquasize, swimming lessons, and swim team, brought your families, supported our programs, and made the pool such a special part of summer in our community. ❤️

This summer definitely came with its share of challenges and unexpected issues, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and grace as we worked through them. We know it wasn’t always perfect, but we did our very best to keep things moving and provide the best experience we could.

And now for the BIGGEST thank you of all — to our pool staff. 🥹👏

Thank you for everything you put into this summer. Thank you for showing up, working hard, taking care of our patrons, and continuing to give your best even when things weren’t always easy. Most importantly, thank you for being so patient, gracious, and understanding when we faced challenges throughout the season.

You handled the ups and downs with such a great attitude, and you helped make this another great summer at the Brodhead Pool. I am incredibly grateful for each of you and everything you did to make this season a success. ❤️

To our staff, our patrons, our families, and our entire community — thank you for making another pool season one to remember!
