A huge congratulations to Beth, DeAnne, Micah, Sarah, and Katrina! 👏

This is Kelli’s 26th year of being a fitness instructor and coach. She currently teaches strength focused classes during the week and Saturday boot camps.

💪 Favorite thing about teaching? Seeing both physical growth and beautiful friendships take shape

🌞🌜 Morning workout or evening workout? Morning

🎵 Favorite pump-up song right now? Perfectly by Micah Tyler

🏖🏔 Beach vacation or mountain adventure? Mountain Adventure

💪 Favorite muscle group to train? Triceps!

🏋🏼‍♀️ Exercise you love but everyone else dislikes? Bulgarian Split Squat in TRX

🔥 Burpees or wall sits? Wall Sits

⚠️ If your class had a warning label, what would it say? Just laugh when it’s hard

🎤 What’s the most common thing you say during class? “Soften your knees”

😬 Most embarrassing teaching moment? So so many!! Hole in the leggings; not in a good spot ;)

💬 What advice would you give someone nervous to try their first class? Jump in and have fun; all classes can be modified for all ages and levels.

❤️Favorite thing about teaching at this studio?
All the Clients!! They are the absolute best and I learn from all of them weekly.

We love Melissa for her high energy! She is known for busting out a few lyrics and dance moves here and there 😁. She teaches kickboxing (Monday nights and Tuesday mornings) and strength classes (Friday morning) at RRT!

💪 Favorite thing about teaching?
Seeing people getting stronger!

🎶 Favorite pump-up song right now? Anything with a good beat and I can SING to!

🏖🏔 Beach vacation or mountain adventure? This one is hard…I LOVE both!

🏋🏼‍♀️ Exercise you love but everyone else dislikes? You can never have too many squats or lunges!

🔥 Burpees or wall sits? Wall sits

⚠️ If your class had a warning label, what would it say?
It may turn into a karaoke session because I do sing sometimes 😉, and you may actually HAVE FUN (especially in kickboxing!)

🎤 What’s the most common thing you say during class? SQUEEZE!!!

😬 Most embarrassing teaching moment? I came to class with my pants on inside out!

💬 What advice would you give someone nervous to try their first class?
Don’t be nervous….because you might actually have FUN!

I love seeing people realize they can do more than they think they can.
