We have a new addition to the studio for the summer. Olivia will be interning with us and will be assisting Julio on Friday mornings 530am-9am and Tuesdays 8am-11am.

My name is Olivia Rowe and I recently graduated with a degree in exercise science. I am passionate about women’s health, strength training, and helping others build confidence through fitness. I enjoy creating supportive and encouraging environments where clients of all fitness levels can feel comfortable working toward their goals. My long-term goal is to continue growing in the fitness and healthcare fields while gaining hands-on experience helping clients improve their strength, wellness, and overall quality of life. I’m excited for the opportunity to be part of a positive fitness community!
