Happy Thursday! Our Community Week is still going on through Saturday so check out our schedule and drop in! 🌷Attention all Spring Movement Series participants!

I want to clear up some confusion regarding the words "any movement activity for the day" in the prior post. Here is the list of the activities that count toward ONE ticket in the raffle basket.

For activity outside the gym, just show a coach whatever app/watch you recorded that activity, get a thumbs up and drop a ticket in whatever basket you like. The more movement, the more chances to win!

Also, we have some more exciting pop ups to announce! Coach Sarah will be hosting two more amazing yoga experiences for you to try on May 28th at 4pm and May 30th at 8:15am. These are a great way to unwind for the evening or start your weekend off light and refreshed!

Good evening, we wanted to remind you that the Spring Movement Series is underway and we are ready to get you started next time you are in the gym!

Here is the information you will need to understand what this is all about!

The goal is simple: keep moving, stay consistent, and support each other through a busy season.

This is not a challenge and there is no competition between members. The purpose of the series is accountability, consistency, and community. We want to help everyone continue prioritizing movement and exercise, even during the chaos of spring!

So, here’s how it works:

Every participant will receive 50 raffle tickets at the start of the series. (See the window ledge near the mat storage side of the entry way--photo below). Find your envelope and hold on to that. Each time you attend a class, a personal training session, complete at home workout, or any movement activity for the day, record the activity, show a coach and drop a raffle ticket into the prize bucket of your choice. The more consistently you show up, the more chances you’ll have to win a prize! And who doesn't love a prize?!

There’s no pressure to be perfect and we are in no competition with any other member. The goal is simply to keep showing up for yourself, stay active during a busy season, and encourage the people around you to do the same. Having a gym buddy is always a bonus. Feel free to encourage a friend to join you for a workout this week as its Community Week and all classes are free and open to the public!

We’ll also have fun bonuses and extra opportunities throughout the series to keep things motivating and enjoyable along the way but please let us know if you have any questions as we get started!

Community Week is almost here! 🎉

We are so excited to open our doors for a full week of fun, energy, movement, and connection with some special pop-up classes all week long. The best part? It’s completely OPEN TO THE PUBLIC — so invite your friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, or anyone who has been curious about our gym and community.
